Booking systems

Make it easier for customers to book your services

Booking by phone and messaging works until it does not. We connect your website to an established scheduling platform, set up your services and availability, and test the booking journey as a customer would experience it before you share the link.

Who it suits

  • Service businesses that take appointments by phone, WhatsApp or email and want an online option.
  • Owners with a defined list of services and reasonably regular working hours.
  • Businesses ready to choose a scheduling platform and manage its settings day to day.

What is included

  • Connection of your website to a suitable established scheduling platform, agreed before setup
  • Configuration of services, durations, descriptions and booking rules
  • Availability and working hours set up and checked
  • Notification and confirmation settings reviewed
  • The booking journey tested on mobile and desktop, through to the confirmation step
  • Booking links placed in your site navigation and on key pages

Outside the standard scope

These items are scoped separately and quoted against your requirements.

  • Subscription and transaction fees charged by the scheduling platform, which are paid to that provider
  • Custom scheduling engines built from scratch
  • Complex staff allocation and multi-resource rostering, which need assessment first
  • Payment workflows, deposits and refunds, which need assessment first
  • Day-to-day management of your calendar and client communication

How the work runs

  1. Discuss

We look at how bookings happen today, what you offer, and where the process causes friction.

  2. Define

We confirm the platform, the services, the availability rules and the costs that sit with the provider.

  3. Build and test

We configure the booking setup and test the journey from start to confirmation on several devices.

  4. Launch

We connect the booking route to your website, check it live, and hand over documentation of the settings and accounts.

Common questions

Which booking platform will you use?

We recommend an established scheduling platform that suits your services and budget, and agree the choice before setup. The platform’s subscription and transaction fees are paid directly to that provider and are not included in our fee.

Can customers pay when they book?

That depends on the platform and your setup. Payment workflows, including deposits and refunds, need assessment before we commit to them.

Do I need a booking system if I only take a few bookings?

Not necessarily. If customers mainly need to ask for a time, a clear enquiry form may be enough. We will say so honestly during the discussion.

Can you build a custom booking system?

Custom scheduling engines are outside our standard booking work. If your process is unusual, we will assess it and tell you what is practical.
